  1. Looks like a trof to me, just smoothed over. Granted there aren't pretty Penn State blue colors there, but that look is far from troublesome imho.
  2. 0z ICON was an improvement wrt track, strength, and confluence. Nice hit for most of E and SE PA
  3. We do. I guess my point was more that New England was bone dry yesterday now these runs today they hoist the golden shovel.
  4. Went from a MA special to Congrats New England in under 18 hrs. That's gotta be some sort of record.
  5. Well, I really hope you have a healthy gut because you sure are putting alot of stock into it.
  6. Keep Randy in Mexico. That's our only hope.
  7. ICON was a mangled mess....thump to rain to dryslot and drizzle. Classic I95 type thing.
  8. NGP (Navgem) is a Philly Special. Perfect track. Hug the piss out of it before the Euro say NO!
  9. Most guidance is primed for a winter storm this weekend. Euro, GFS, and ICON are hits i95 N and W. CMC and UKMET have the line much farther N and W. This is the place to discuss.
  10. I wish I remember all the usernames on #neweather....I was SteveB, Logan, vortmax, DT_wxrisk, sacryd_dreamz, Bubbler, Ian, dang wish I could recall more. I have screenshots of that on an old floppy disk in my closet. Someday I will have to see if I can upload them, that would be cool to reminisce.
  11. Ha! No. DT is just DT....there will be no other
  12. I go back to MIRC (chat) in 1997. We were #neweather. There were about 5 or 6 of us....Marcus, Ian, myself. A bunch of others joined shortly after. Eventually we spread out into usenet/bulletin board group as ne.weather. In the early 2000s, easternuswx.com was founded and that eventually became this site iirc. Little vague but there is a core group that have been around for a while. I was there in the beginning and my sickness, errr, passion for the weather has kept me here.
  13. In fairness you should compare the valid 12z Sunday maps.
  14. When we havent seen a storm with these totals thrown around in 8 years, it is warranted.
  15. Need a good excuse not to sleep over at work Saturday night and for calling out Sunday. Dang.
  16. Will you be asleep tho? That is the question keeping many in this subforum on the edge of their seats.
  17. JV models... NGP tracks over the cities...less white. JMA is a HECS.
