Can't complain much. If it phases a bit sooner western NC will get buried.

Euro obliterates Virginia. Messy mix for NC.

UK is slightly warmer than 12Z but has a stronger system. More of a mixed bag for NC. Heavy snow VA. Edit- its quite a bit warmer than 12Z in the mid and upper levels in NC.

Pattern repetition/atmospheric memory. Central VA to the MD eastern shore are some of the biggest winners in the USA this winter. Why think they won't jackpot again?

I wasn't talking about this storm in particular more so the period after it. I think eastern NC and tidewater VA have a good shot
