    So when I read that article, I thought it said $1.75 million, not $17.5 million. I thought it seemed like a pretty good deal for 240 acres and the house. I guess I should call and cancel my showing lol.

    It really is. The southern end to about 2/3 of way to the norther end are almost claustrophobic with Rt.5A clinging to the side of the mountain. The north end, where we were, is more open and is where most of the camps are as well as the town beach. It really is one of the must see places in VT.

    Beat the heat with a trip to the NEK today. Swimming in Willoughby followed by pizza at Parker Pie.

    My wife was up at a friend's place a mile or two away. When she came back home she asked me if it had rained here at all because it had briefly rained hard up there. True popcorn type showers.

    I just drove past and noticed he had a sign out for a Lt. Governor candidate that I do not support. Based on that and that alone, I cannot recommend his trees.

    My cousin who lives in Huddersfield, W. Yorkshire said they hit 41C That’s stunning for northern England.

    I've never bought anything there but I drive by seemingly daily sometimes. Like you said, it's pretty much next to MPV, not far from the end of one of their runways.

    Ended up with 1.13" As Ginx said, it was a nice stratiform rain perfect for watering gardens etc. without washing out roads and driveways. I had an in office day yesterday and all of my colleagues with gardens were happy to have it.

    .91” on the day. A couple of flashes and some rumbles earlier. Not all that exciting. It’s been a nice, gentle rain. Good for gardens.
