I was looking back at that thread and it looks like I had just a few tenths that Thanksgiving. Must be confusing it with something else.

No and it’s getting into the day 9-10 range so that’s good to see.

Looks like the 50mb vortex on the EPS splits again at day 9. That wasn’t forecasted 5 days ago. Good to see that. It does try to congeal back again, but getting it disturbed is a good thing.

Overnight stuff looks pretty good to me. I definitely can see how this may favor interior for a bit, and yes that is climo. But overall I don’t have issues. Post 12-5 as has been the marching beat.

I’m just assuming it was caught by the meteorologists. I haven’t looked at anything for two days so I have no idea, but maybe my assumption is wrong? If there was no advisory out, then yikes.

Yikes. I told my folks to go tomorrow. I wasn’t aware it was supposed to be icy there. I’m sure it was forecasted though. I don’t get why this happens all the time.

Yeah I get it, but there is a reason why we don’t get much snow prior to 12/15.

2007 featured a furnace at 500mb yet nobody was complaining then. You can totally have warm anomalies at 500mb in New England.
