  1. Not yet haha. It’s not the worst pattern, but it’s not good. If the blocking showed up you could make chicken salad out of chicken shit……but verbatim we would need more blocking.
  2. That’s not a good look George. I wouldn’t say a lot of blocking either. Need more ridging into the Davis Straits. It’s gonna come. That’s been modeled. Hopefully it improves after first week.
  3. He kind a looks like Thomas the train.
  4. Hey there’s another option for later Friday. A Fropa lol.
  5. Yeah a few were duds. It is funny though that when I was a kid in the 80s, all I heard was we don’t get Winters like we used to. And then I actually got to see the data and realized that just wasn’t some made up fabrication lol. Then the 90s happened.
  6. Oh so we can expect those winters? Sweet!!
  7. I think it’s been the overall tenor that people are mentioning. I think it’s been pretty boring, but we’ve been spoiled by some fun falls. The warm weather was nice.
  8. We should see a Nina look after the first week of December I think. We are sort of in the doldrums with a lack of a true forcing signal. I don’t know where some of the torch talk is coming from, but in order to get that you really need a SE ridge. That’s not really shown on guidance at this time.
  9. He’s not in a hurricane. If he cleared 5’ around it as he claimed that won’t be an issue. You think he’s just Measuring a drift? I know where you are coming from, but if he claimed he cleared around it as he said, I don’t see an issue. Even Reed had a depth of 50” last night at 6:30 and it wasn’t done snowing. If you measure every 6 hrs, those numbers make sense to me.
  10. So why would you put it on top of the snow? That makes no sense. It’s added weight on top of the pack.
  11. You can’t put the snowboard on top of the snow it will just sink in. His area also didn’t look that prone to wind. If he cleared out around it it should be OK.
  12. December to start looked milder for a long time. Sounds like folks got confused. But it’s too bad not much happened other than a coating to an inch inland that lasted two hours during this stretch.
  13. Yeah he referenced this week. Early December was looking milder for A long time.
  14. It’s probably averaging above normal, but it doesn’t look like a torch stretch. There isn’t a massive prolonged SE ridge.
  15. Aren’t you on the train? We derail.
  16. Well later next week is when it starts to relax as forecasted. Although it doesn’t look torchy.
