I also took Ray's point under the climo regression idea. IOW, eventually at some point Climo tries to even out and eventually get back to the long term norms. I think that is what Ray meant by odds.

Not sure what to make of the ensembles for 2/1. Even GEFS hint at it. Part of me thinks that suppression will rule, but we shall see.

Many Nina’s do deliver that cold. An EPO dump can be our coldest delivery during Nina’s.

This time source region to our north is cold on the GFS.

We had some snow showers and a few squalls prior. I had just under an inch of fluff that sublimated lol.

I may go full tilt if the GFS op happens.

I know it only affected a small portion of us, but 2/15 is secretly one of those most short term prolific snow producers I can recall. That area from Bob to EWB had like 23" in 6 hrs. I think some were getting 5-6"/hr snows for a few hours.

PF has every right and good for those that get snow. He's usually dry humping the ARWs when we are getting buried.
