  1. It started getting going near midnight again. Nothing crazy, but verbatim was about to produce widespread snows again.
  2. Yeah that is a much better look in SNE for round 2 vs euro. But the NAM caveats..:...
  3. Monday night fatties for all if NAM is right.
  4. It’s an oblong shape low so crash SE of CF will take time. Given cold layer below 900, could be some decent pelting if NAM is right. It also looks mild at the surface. I’ll toss those temps at ORH on 06z Monday.
  5. Sneaky warm layer like 800-750. Seems like levels off at hr 57 when bigger lift comes in. It’s pretty darn cold 950-900.
  6. 18z NAM is warm aloft. Taint north of the pike already by 00z Monday.
  7. I thought hi res euro shows that well. Much of CT even into NYC cools off. Inland just west of BOS down to SW CT certainly below 32.
  8. Round 1 crushes for sure. I’m all in on that. Round 2 is a little more questionable.
  9. I think rt 2 north and western New England look good. I could see those numbers there.
  10. Those maps way too generous south of pike I think.
  11. Looks like best snows western New England Monday and Monday night. Euro is tucked into the Cape.
  12. I’d love to lock in the Canadian, but I’m not sure those words ever meant much.
  13. That’s my interpretation too. I think out there may have best combo of deep RH in the mid levels and frontogenesis for round 2. It could spread east and blossom, but I think that’s where it was favorable on the euro. It’s also where it won’t dry out much aloft during the day Monday. Gfs looked decent here Monday night I thought.
  14. It may be just banded in nature. It’s an occluding storm which usually means banded nature. On the other hand sometimes you get a healthy precip shield if things come together just right
  15. That’s a fairly minimal flip to rain here on the gfs. Back to snow Mon aftn. Looks good Monday night.
  16. Not sure I buy that qpf thump but that’s darn healthy.
  17. I think it will be tough to get much past 32 where you are. May need to crown it up Sunday night and then Monday night for second rejoice lol.
  18. I think your good for at least 2-4” first part.
  19. Part 1 meh? I think it will do pretty well as long as you don’t expect 10”. I’m not sure pike south does as well as you think given mid level issues.
  20. I think it may be GOAK trough and maybe split flow. Kind of tough for many, but interior and NNE could always manage. It does have a cutter look at times. I’m just hoping it changes later in month because I’m all set with lousy December’s. Although it starts off well.
  21. Might be a little, but temp diff on either side isn’t that great. It’s going to be a mess here Monday. -RA and like 36 degrees lol. Flips later at least.
