I remember in 2012 we had a good pack and we got icing on top. I could actually walk on top of the pack and it was close to 3 feet.

I had an appt in Lunenburg right after the ice storm, it looked like the area was bombed with trees and branches down all over the place, I have pics somewhere, Ill try and dig them up. The only sound I heard was generators for the lucky ones that had one.

The Multi's are on fire, investors that bought in Boston have expanded to Worcester, a nice three family will go for over 500k, I think you're talking about single families and I agree but its a crazy market for multis.

You're a little high on your numbers but that's right. They tried that in Worcester and it didn't work.

Some realtors I talk to are telling me they're getting 50 offers on a house they just listed. Im kicking myself because I knew the bottom was near in 2010 and I should have liquidated some stocks and bought a couple three deckers in Worcester. Almost pulled the trigger but didn't. I know a guy who bought 12 back then and can retire if he wanted but just keeps collecting oodles of rent money every month.

Pack is decent here too, I didn't realize until this afternoon when I did an inspection how good it is.

The pennies are trading sardines, if its up 750% time to sell, there are some long term holds on some pennies, I've bought and sold one three times, just keep your erye on them.

Pink sheets are the wild west, you really have to do your research.

You did well, lot of competition for homes for sale, you can make a killing on your house if you sell but there's not many places for sale, so then what? Lucky you found one and got it.

I don't think I have 2 inches but slippery as hell, not melting, we haven't reached Tippy's sun angle nadir just yet.

A lot of the penny stocks will be on the pink sheets, that's why you have to do your homework. If i buy 5-6 stocks I might hit it big on 1, semi-big on another and the other 2-3 might go nowhere or bust, that's why I like to spread my money around on 5-6.

I like to pick out 5-6 and spread my money, you hit on one and your golden (pun intended).

Buy some gold and silver penny stocks. You'll make a killing, do some research and pick some good ones, that's how I made my money on the last run made ten times my initial investment.
