    I put mine on whenever I feel like the house is getting too warm, so specific date. But with the solar panels, I don't pay for the electric, so I use all I want lol.

    I guess I'm thinking of more of Monday-Friday when work is done, it is 5:30 and sunny, but by that time the sun doesn't feel nice anymore and temps already have dropped a bit. The 8 weekend days we can enjoy, but need to luck out and have sunny days. Plus the ground is muddy usually, so that limits things.

    It is just the time of year that sucks and most want to FF until sustained 65-70+. Too warm to snow 99% of the time and still too cool to fully enjoy outdoors.

    I just want the cold from this season from Dec-Feb. To have fairly large lakes here in NJ frozen for weeks is something that we haven't had in a while. It was just too dry overall.
