  1. So that is only for Winter? Have you done other seasons too?
  2. So you you put that much weight into the solar cycles for seasonal forecasting? @raindancewx do you use solar, and if so how much weight do you put into it for your forecast? You're forecasts are usually very good.
  3. 0.42" here and tapering down as well. Glad Friday is decent, prom day for my kids.
  4. "Tipping Point" is a term used to scare people. We have no clue what that might be. For all we know we can warm another 10 degrees worldwide and be fine. I'm pretty sure the world will adapt just like they have since we've been on it. The hysterics and failed claims/predictions (ice free by 2013 for example) ruin it for the alarmists. Then you all want the gov to fix things when the vast majority of you that post here don't trust the gov for anything (see OT for all the shit posts about the gov by many of you). It is quite funny actually to read it.
  5. I'm at nearly 2.5" of rain through the first 15 days. We haven't had the soakers so far thankfully.
  6. No one can tell the difference of a monthly temp departure of 2 degrees.
  7. I only got to 67 with that sun. Now back to clouds again. Had a little drizzle too 30 minutes ago.
  8. Darn that stinks. Those are fun trips
  9. Sun finally popping out here, 63
  10. There has been some bad luck with things lining up in the NE. Your run of bad winters hasn't been too bad in my location. The last 8 years I've averaged 27.85" of snow, or about 1' below normal, and that includes 2 seasons with less than 7" total. Where you are a warm winter is still plenty cold to snow.
  11. I did see it last night around 315. To the naked eye it was faint, but my phone cam captured it pretty good. I was excited
  12. Yup. Maybe if I wake up to pee at 4 am I'll luck out and see it
  13. People in Florida and the Bahamas seeing it
  14. Stayed in the 40s here but had a midnight high of 58
  15. True, Costco will have that out in a few weeks
  16. Keeps temps in the 40s for parts of the area too and once again on Sunday.
  17. I lucked out with one this past winter here in NJ with that one rouge band that dumped a surprise foot of snow in CNJ. Finished the season with 28.75", 17/18 and 20/21 were well above average here and 18/19 was only a hair below.
  18. 85 right now. Most temps seem to be from 84-87 throughout a lot of the area in NJ
  19. Our dining room is more casual now since we put a bar in it and hung a tv. We use way more now with those additions to it.
  20. Save these posts for the 94 and humid days.
  21. Climate change is the only thing people trust what the government tells them (since they are in bed with and fund most of the studies). They nailed that 100% compared to all the other crap the gov feeds us that we are allowed to question. Congrats to them for that.
