    Yes! I don't mind the soaking as long as it is done by 12 or so. Most models minus the one NAM so far have it ending around noonish. I'd take a nice 1-1.5" before then though.

    I only follow him on X and haven't heard him speak much about this upcoming winter at all so far. Mostly just the tropics he's been talking about when he actually talks about weather.

    For many area's it rained 1 day for a few hours the first 4 days of the week.

    88 yesterday, sunny here for now. It was nice getting to 65 for the low and finally being able to take the dog for a longer walk this morning.

    The thing is, people can probably do this for many stations around the country, we are just lucky enough to have people doing it here for a county. There are also hundreds of ghost stations around the country too that don't exist but are assigned temps from surrounding areas. Look that up, it is interesting.

    I pretty much didn't see any long range forecasts that said less 90s this summer, I think even JB said that it would be warmer. My guess on a Philly board was 37. I might have went too low.

    Yup, missed my area by a few miles to the north of me. I just hope the rains are done by early am Sat, have 75 people coming for my son's grad party.

    Ever notice Duke and Somerville on sunny days are always higher than other stations close by? If you have the ambient app and see all the stations, on sunny days Duke and Somerville are always 2-3 degrees higher than 90% of the ambient stations nearby. I look almost everyday since I live kind of between both main stations. Years ago this happened with the Rutgers station when I lived in Piscataway and would check my temp to theirs since it was close by and I brought it up with mgerb, and I believe there turned out to be an issue with the stations calibration.
