  1. How much rain did you get?
  2. .03", split here. My mother in law in Piscataway is nearing .50". Hope that little line near quakertown can hold and deliver a little rain.
  3. Northern half of the Somerset Co looks like it will get a nice little line. Missing me by about 5 miles.
  4. Small cell overhead now. Some thunder and mod rain. Looks like most will split this area though.
  5. My brother just got blasted by that storm. He said strong winds, torrential rain and lots of lightning and thunder. Just sent an update that some massive trees are down too.
  6. My brother near Kutztown just got blasted. He said strong winds, torrential rains and lots of lightning and thunder. He just texted me again that some massive trees are down too. The one pic he send the tree almost looks shredded.
  7. Pretty even temps around here minus that 90.7
  8. Of course kdix isn't working
  9. I think NYC is actually genuine. When he posted elsewhere for several years he was the same, and even worse in the Yankee thread.
  10. One of the warmest in NJ for you. 86 here.
  11. 85 and real feel of 88 isn't really room temp. But I'd take today most late spring/summer days.
  12. This is one random person who's post got 3 likes and less than 500 views in 10+ hours? I wouldn't say "some", it is one post plucked randomly.
  13. One search that took 2 seconds. Tons of results. This is just one. Maybe you don't know how to Google correctly? https://whyy.org/articles/philadelphia-built-environment-temperature-increase-12-degrees/
  14. That a good chart. So last year was a top 3 sunny May in the last nearly 50 years.
  15. Yeah, this May has been terrible. Last year was great.
  16. I think last May was one of our sunniest in many years interestingly. My solar panels recorded their highest monthly output for any month in the 11 years I've had them.
  17. Interesting, it has seemed that way without looking at the charts. Thanks for answering.
  18. So that is only for Winter? Have you done other seasons too?
  19. So you you put that much weight into the solar cycles for seasonal forecasting? @raindancewx do you use solar, and if so how much weight do you put into it for your forecast? You're forecasts are usually very good.
  20. 0.42" here and tapering down as well. Glad Friday is decent, prom day for my kids.
  21. "Tipping Point" is a term used to scare people. We have no clue what that might be. For all we know we can warm another 10 degrees worldwide and be fine. I'm pretty sure the world will adapt just like they have since we've been on it. The hysterics and failed claims/predictions (ice free by 2013 for example) ruin it for the alarmists. Then you all want the gov to fix things when the vast majority of you that post here don't trust the gov for anything (see OT for all the shit posts about the gov by many of you). It is quite funny actually to read it.
  22. I'm at nearly 2.5" of rain through the first 15 days. We haven't had the soakers so far thankfully.
  23. No one can tell the difference of a monthly temp departure of 2 degrees.
