  1. You get use to the humidity after a couple of years. I forced myself to acclimate to it, windows down and no a/c on in my car. Maybe the older you are the less you can handle it, so you avoid it all costs. I’m not there yet thankfully and my family makes fun of me since my perspective of humid is skewed.
  2. If you live there fulltime you can boat year round, especially in S FL. Summer T-storms you know when they occur, it was like clockwork at UM campus that between 3-5pm they form along sea breeze boundary and pop over the campus during summer sessions I took. If it's breezy in winter, most will stay in the intracoastal to avoid chop on ocean until it subsides.
  3. My Syosset station is at 230’ & Muttontown station is at 154’ for comparison.
  4. 38 at both my stations currently. Point and click was 36 for the high.
  5. Think that is mPING reports being shown. Need a data source for those I think from either Allison House or Radarscope.
  6. 44mph in Syosset & 41mph in Muttontown for highest gusts so far.
  7. Temp dropping at both my stations down to 49 now. 51 for the high at both earlier.
  8. 38 with puddles in snowpack, winds still out of the E.
  9. That's a mid-March problem.
  10. 15 in Syosset & 16 in Muttontown this morning.
  11. Link to your October post on the mismatch please.
  12. 1 in Muttontown & 6 in Syosset for the morning low.
  13. KFOK hit 0, didn’t get below for the low.
  14. 4 in Muttontown & 5 in Syosset for the low this morning.
