    We've got an LP baxi on-demand that has been flawless for the last 7yrs. ~93% efficient. Hardly hear it running and super low maintenance.

    I think he's referring to the wall mounted mini splits that can be used for AC/heat. We have one in the bedroom but only use it for AC in summer.
