    I don’t feel so bad having my real tree still up lol. My cats love it and I keep it up as long as possible.

    First flakes here in Spotsylvania. Very, very light though.

    I actually grew up near Chicago, in NW Indiana until I was 27 and moved to NJ for 8 years. The climo difference between these 3 places is wild work lol.

    I lived in southern nj, near Philly, before 2010. I will assume it was the 2007 sleetfest that people talk about, but that is exactly what happened there. It was like cement for days and days afterwards. I’ve never seen anything like it. Truly wild stuff.

    Finally seeing some flakes here in the Spotsy area. I’ll take that as a win and some snow tv for the next couple of hours, an even bigger win.

    I can tell you right now, not much more here in Spotsy than Richmond the last few years we have gotten some good ones over the northern areas…but typically, we are on the southern edge of the snow line. Richmond usually sees way less than I received. It’s just been a strange few years

    I know it’s OT, but I have a Xmas tree farm trip planned for tomorrow. There was 1 other time it was snowing while going and it’s kind of magical for me. I’m such a snow ho.

    I use an app that’s named “Image size”. Works like a charm.

    Nice big flakes have began in Spotsylvania.

    It’s the worst when it’s jumping all over. Because it drags you in every couple of hours makes it hard to ignore. And I never get on and bitch/moan but I do post my totals for prosperity.

    I lost it tonight “North guys never gloat or whine” is a wild statement. Like I get it, we all love snow and it’s heartbreaking to watch it get taken away. Happened to me all week when it went north. I don’t want to spend 2 pages reading these 2 bicker. Keep it moving. I do apologize to whoever I was replying to, but they are part of our forum and deserve to be excited or disappointed too.

    You know what, I keep my mouth shut and deal with all the gloating and whining from the north way, way more than I hear from the guys more south. I am in the middle and have seen it go both ways. So for you to tell only some people to STFU has me absolutely livid.

    How’s that looking? I know I’m a 50 miles south of dc girl, but the last 3 days have been a wild ride down here.

    Appetizer for the bigger storm. Snow on snow, again, that would make this a decent winter in my book.

    Finally flipped to fatties here in Spotsy. Just happy it wasn’t a complete wash.
