I just heard it in my Spotsy area as well.

Large flakes in Spotsy, but just went out and I’m hearing some pingers, but I expected that.

Moved this here, hope that’s ok. But I think that is one of the reasons I love this hobby so much. It’s so, so intricate.

Electric just went out in Spotsy. I’m not expecting it back on any time soon. I’m sure it will get worse for the area as the night goes on.

Down in Spotsy, there is so much snow still on all the trees, the added sleet freezing rain we are getting is adding to the tree stress. Luckily we have no wind.

This is the type of storm I love tracking. Yes, I’m disappointed I didn’t get dumped on...but man, it’s beautiful to watch develop. They are also so unpredictable keeps you guessing.

Heavy sleet in Spotsy.

I heard a very strange roll of thunder about 15 minutes ago, here in Spotsy. It was a longer roaring and building of sound but almost had an engine roaring that went with it. Craziest thunder I’ve ever heard

I have been watching the coverage....so freaking jealous!

I’ve been tracking it, but still a nice little over performer for most. Flakes are getting very large and floating.

Just a beautiful snow today. Sitting on my couch, coffee in hand, watching out a large picture window while snow falls in the woods. My eutopia moment.
