    I have only been in Colorado for 4 winters so far, but that snow was the lightest and fluffiest I've seen here. Which is good since I found drifts 18"+ I had to take care of

    This snow is going to be impossible to measure due to the wind. Some spots I have nothing, some spots 6+ inches.

    I spent many a year on the mid-Atlantic forum trying to predict where that rain/snow line would end up.

    Figures. Yet again out of town and a big overachiever storm hits. Happened twice last winter, too

    Pretty big whiff on snow forecasts for east of I-25 by the NWS. My 4-6" forecast got me about an inch.

    Somehow managed an inch from those bands across Elbert County.

    Only got about 1/4" myself, but that was expected.

    Those widespread advisories seem to be quite overdone

    A huge snow hole right over my house.

    I got 0.17" of liquid precip, which generally matches the 1.5" or so of snow in the spots that it actually accumulated on.

    It's been snowing all morning here. But rates just aren't enough to overcome marginal temps, so the NWS nailed this one pretty good.

    So half this storm has melted already. I'm ready for another.

    It got down to 4 degrees this morning, which interestingly isn't even the coldest Oct 30 in recent memory. Oct 30, 2019, it got down to -1.

    I finished with 10" which seems consistent with other reports

    9.5" with maybe another inch left to come. I'll take it

    I guess the NWS was right for my area. Got about 5-6" today and just got upgraded from advisory to warning for 3-6" more overnight.

    Been light snow the last few hours, still waiting for the good stuff to start.

    The official forecast is a lot more bullish for my back yard than any model I've seen. The advisory I'm under doesn't even match that map.

    Solar radiation data from my weather station. Pretty obvious where the eclipse is, with some clouds here and there messing with the pretty curve.
