    98-99 was horrid here. I can't remember anything notable but I'm sure we had a moderate event or two like this year but I do remember it being mostly warm from front to end

    another good bust here-forecast was for 51 and cloudy-ended up partly sunny by noon and mostly sunny by 4pm and 56 degrees

    And that's here. Cities like Cleveland, Detroit, Indy would see a 9am or later sunrise. I just don't see that happening. Interestingly we did do year round DST for one year in 73-74. Any guesses as to why it was only for a year?
