Not correct-the house has not voted on it. I was at a neighborhood gathering recently and I was surprised how many people had this incorrect info. My guess is that we will continue to argue about it twice a year for the next 25 yrs...

Sucked here-almost nothing from mid July to Labor day-about 10 inches since then. Trees died here for sure-some mature especially trees rooted in ledge with less topsoil. Never seen that before.
