    Yep. To think around here the homes were built in the 50's-70's with no central air b/c it was not needed. Now it's a necessity.

    yeah I hear you-out here it's usually a bit better and the sun angle is lower...I remember a few days last year with temps in the mid to high 70's second half of the month

    of course the water warms, but it was below normal and now much above-that's an impressive swing.

    It did weaken as it moved east, LI/CT got 1/3 to 1/4 of what areas further west got....it was just so massive that even the weakened version gave us all .75-1.25

    Yep all us coastal folks finally get some rain-and perfect too-not a half inch in 20 minutes that just runs off
