    If that 6-10 inch rainfall area on the GFS And RGEM verifies we're going to have some serious issues-ground is saturated here from all the prior rains

    Hard to say for the city proper. But we're having east/northeast winds right now which is piling up water so I would think moderate at least for LI/CT/NJ coasts

    Cant even do that here. Goes in a locked case upon entry and released at end of day. Finally. Last year was a phase in year. Cuts down on cheating too.
