  1. if there's off and on rain there's no way you're in the mid 80's.
  2. Mine read 99-100 so likely 96-97 here in reality which is very hot for this locale
  3. if we have a steady rain or something then yes-outside of that not happening.
  4. I'll take the over on any of that. Unless it's heavy rain, forget it.
  5. 94 here-bascially has become a DC climate here for summer weather...temps below 70 at night are less and less common
  6. Jumping all over the place...will be a nowcast or at best a 12 hr call...
  7. Looks run of the mill now on most models....although we can use any rain we can get here-very dry
  8. Moved north a bit but most models now showing a big rain event-details to be worked out
  9. Nice we've gotten a few breaks from the heat but the models have been terrible with pushing the ridge west-won't buy into that anymore.
  10. getting to the point where we need a 1/2 to 1 day rainer....nothing in the cards in that dept
  11. even after a nice downpour here Sunday night we are bone dry again
  12. yeah if you look on Tropical tidbits you can do cloud shot-clouds come in around 2-3pm but not totally overcast.
  13. Storms arrive from the NW around 4-5pm depending on location
  14. 12Z NAM brings the front through late afternoon tomorrow. Places just west of NYC close to 100 before then
  15. Terrible loss. Great poster. RIP
  16. Not buying a washout yet-only the Euro really shows that right now
  17. Today looks pleasant as well-a bit warmer. Looks like the big heat is really only 2 days now.
  18. 40's would have been crazy. We haven't hit 80 here yet so it's quite comfortable
  19. If that ridge parks out west for a few weeks-the worst of the summer heat is likely done as we head into August.
  20. weird for sure-moving SW and barely any clouds outside of that little batch
