On the eastern fringe of it all here...we sure could use some rain. 6z Models seem to like the Hudson west for heaviest.

Exactly-these cooldowns (in winter or summer) are almost always overdone in the longer range

Days just get too short for 100 degree heat in Sept-close to 2 hrs less of sun by then vs June/July.

amazing how well they do on a regular basis there...tons of storms and heavy downpours
