.NEAR TERM /THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT/... Transition over to snow slowly making its way across far western New York late this evening. The correlation coefficient product off the KBUF radar showing where the wintry mix is falling lining up from western Orleans/eastern Erie/western Cattaraugus counties with all snow west of that line and rain to the east. Mesoscale models which were faster with the change over to snow across western New York this evening have now slowed, but still indicate that a transition to all snow will move eastward overnight, perhaps getting as far east as a Rochester-Wellsville line by morning. This slower transition to snow will cut down on overnight snowfall amounts, especially across the Genesee Valley, but still could see a 3-7 inch accumulation across very far western New York, with a 2-4 inch accumulation not out of the question for the Buffalo metro area.

This discussion is fascinating and I know nothing of what you guys are talking about. I am of the opinion that we need renewable energy and we need it quick. Fully renewable within 30 years max...I know its possible to. We just got 3 vaccines done in 9 months...Put the money out there and smart people will get it done. I feel like automated nuclear energy would be a problem. What happens with a malfunctioning AI/Robot? Is someone on call 24/7 to get there quick enough to fix the problem? I see lots of problems with this type of energy running our entire power grid globally.

Is this the 3rd storm this year you guys thought nothing was coming and ended up jack-potting? The theme of this year is the storm goes 50-100 miles further west than modeled last minute. Definitely Torontos winter so far. What are you guys at so far?

I think it’s going to be sooner than that. Getting food along Hamburg lakeshore at lucias. and full sleet here. Small shoutout but lucias was rated as a top 100 restaurant in entire United States. The food is the best I’ve ever had. Getting lobster tail tonight with a nice whisky while I watch the snow fall. Utopia tonight fellas!
