Where in Langhorne are you? Seems to be picking up
I'll just say near Oxford Valley, I like my anonymity and won't pinpoint where I live. As for light-moderate-heavy snow and whiteout conditions, I think a portion of this board over estimates what they see. There was a pic earlier that claimed whiteout, but with all due respect it wasn't whiteout. Heavy snow is visibility under 1/4 of a mile and I don't think Lower Bucks reached that criteria.
Edit: due to margaritas

Finally snowing pretty good in Langhorne
Yeah, been light to moderate snow since the changeover.

The main problem is the bogus snow maps we like to see, maybe it would be better if they couldn't be posted. There is no way I will see 14" additional inches like not even one in a million
No more Kuchera ratio maps

Lol sorry I don't trust anyone when they say it'll snow all day tomorrow. Same people that said this would be a bellringer this afternoon. 9 times out of ten it ends way earlier than progged as dry air is drawn in. Will prob be the case here. I'd expect it to taper off tonight.
Exactly, I like Glenn and I am not directing my post towards at him but be more specific as to where it may be snowing til Wednesday.

The warm air aloft is basically eroding in place as the colder air takes over. Everyone in SE PA will go to sleet in the next hour or two. Keep the faith!
Don't you mean snow? We are already sleeting
-
Wow, NYNJPA Weather still holding firm.

Newtown. 31 degrees. Still an onslaught of sleet pouring like a heavy rain, but there are finally a few snowflakes in the mix. Emphasis on FEW.
Is there any chance my area might get some snow on the backend of the storm? Or we’re SOL here?
It'll most likely be moderate snow and not heavy.

Yes, they are quite rare these days. We have gotten hit by some Miller B’s in the past.
They are usually good for us, really crazy with this one.

No they don’t lol. Trying to hold out hope here
Stick a fork into this one, and really get psyched for Miller A storms.

Does the Euro still have the storm for next weekend? That’s our only only hope for most of us
If it's a Miller B, you know what to do.

Wow the sleet seems to have gotten bigger lighter and fluffy, weird.

Just going to say it.
this is turning into a fiasco of a bust for many.
I completely agree

@JMcCaughey42 gonna need a bonafide Miller A to really deliver, and we haven't had one of those in a long time.

Is it ever gonna snow in Lower Bucks? Asking for a friend...
I've seen this movie before, and I'd temper expectations. As for it going to snow, probably but nothing like what we expected yesterday.

man that warm nose is stubborn here
I remember a similar situation back in the late 70's where the worst was yet to come, never happened.

Positive news for us getting sleet.
building a decent foundation to preserve the snow!
I'd recommend shoveling it now rather than later

Man it was like shoveling in the bonneville salt flats with all that sleet.
Better than ZR
