    recent rains here have brought these massive bugs... like Amazonian type critters, maybe 2-3 inches long, they just sorta bumble around right above the grass and run into stuff. no biting sucking or stinging though. anyone know what they are?

    latest spc day2 sounds very very unsure as to the extent and magnitude of whatever happens tomorrow...

    simulated radar on the 06z NAM shows a line of severe storms approaching the Cincinnati area and then BREAKING over us as it moves through

    slight risk for tomorrow... 2% tornado 15% wind and 15% hail for cincinnati... sadly I think main threat has shifted west over the last 24 hours

    has anyone been watching the possible ohio valley-ish event for Sunday & Monday? 15% risk on the spc day4 for central & southern IN, and Sunday doesn't have any mention on the spc forecast but based off of the latest GFS runs looks like there will be a decent amount of CAPE and moisture in sw OH, just maybe lacking shear.

    I think Cincinnati has only had one 90 so far this year? maybe two? but today it is amazing out, 68 and cloudy like a mid October day

    thank you very much @so_whats_happening! sorry for the late response but your advice is very helpful, and its great to know that other OU graduates in their program have been getting met jobs. i also know of a recent OU grad who works with a local station so this is very heartening
