  1. I'm not saying you don't speak the truth, but I have an unscientific hunch we're in for an anomalous spring.
  2. I'm already getting texts like this from my friends. So I know that something has been made about it on social media. You have to excuse the first two texts there.Everyone likes breaking my balls.
  3. It looks to be a little later than I expected. This is the time period that i've mentioned once or twice.
  4. Isn't it unusual that @Caveman didn't report in today with obs? I believe his area should have got some snow.Hopefully everything's okay.
  5. I want to start by tanking you , The past two nights wouldn't have been so wonderful without you. You were the reason why I was able to feel such glee and stay warm in these coold ,soaking, wet snows .You are my inspiration, protector, and motivator . Sometimes it almost feel as if we are one. I so often find myself plagued with sorrowing thought of when we'll be able to feel as one again. I remember when I first saw you in the corner, I knew that I had to make you mine, and I believe you felt the same way. The passion we feel when we're together leaves no doubt that I will never let you go and I will always be there when I need you. No one will ever tear your rugged cadora and sympatex embrace from my arms. You are absolutely the best blaze orange snow suit a man could have, and i've never loved anything, or anyone the way I love you.
  6. I figured. Generally when they're that bright I hear them.
  7. It's also going to reslick a lot of surfaces when it comes down.
  8. Absolutely gorgeou out here fellas. Last picture's until next storm. Seeing that this could be the last hurrah. with winter, though I doubt it, I decided to get out for I more walk this morning and get pictures of this absolute paste bomb out here. Hope you all have a great day, Yardstick needs some rest.

  10. Down to just a few danderites. 1.25" on my second measurement, for a total of 5.25"
  11. I have no idea how much snow you have, but shortly after my observation of bamboo snapping hardwoods and coniferous trees started dropping limbs.I heard some heavy limb falls On, my walk and they've only been increasing in frequency while i've been out shoveling.
  12. Still doing pretty darn good out here. It was actually less than 36 minutes . I realize that you're not down in New cumberland anymore, but hopefully you can add some on too.
  13. There was just a bright blue flash, the whole sky lit up, but no sound.I'm assuming it's a transformer and the sound got muffled from snow. But I have no idea I don't see any lightning detected even along the coast.
  14. By the time I got your message, I was on the way down. I cant figured out how to to check my elevation accurately unless i'm actually at the spot. I'll check it next time I'm there. According to Ai, 404 steigerwalt hollow is around 450' so if that's accurate, I was probably at around 500'.
  15. Beautiful buddy. I should also add that I took that measurement at the top with a foot kick so it's by no means official.
  16. I'm not exactly sure I can tell you. It's not that high, but I'll check whenever I get home. I'm walking past the fairview township building here shortly.
  17. I'm at the the top right now of the highest elevation that I that I can get to by foot. There's a little bit of sideway action in the snow up here at times and I would say they're somewhere around 3.5"
  18. Steady snow. Bamboo was snapping all around me right now. The pictures are the same place with and without the snow illuminated.
  19. It's absolutely gorgeous out here. I'm on my way up to the highest elevation within walking distance of my home. Hopefully, Norfolk Southern gets those air horns blasting throughout the valley tonight
