    It's to the point now that we are hoping for a little moisture enhancement from the northern stream moving over the unfrozen Great Lakes making its way this far to give us a couple of inches.

    That stream was definitely digging more this time, but no real change in the solution.

    Not much different than 12z. But with 4 days to go, we aren't going to see these 2 runs as the final solution, that's for sure.

    Thanks to that nice bust before Christmas with 6.75" here, and 8" on the season, I'm not complaining. But this could be the first season in a long time with more snow in Dec. than Jan. here.

    All models just before New Years told us to expect cold and dry for the next two weeks. That may yet be proven right.

    Both the northern and southern streams were weaker on that run than 12z.

    Exactly. The GFS op has been on the western side of the envelope since the beginning. I'm betting that it won't be when we see the new GEFS.

    Yeah, those 3 way out there are skewing the mean east.

    Can't see to the right of that low, but to be in that position for the mean there would have to be quite a few members way ots.

    Don't know whatever happened with him after he left Channel 7, I think it was.

    You can see the tug to the nw of those members from 12z to 18z on the Euro.

    One would think that we would be getting some recon sampling that Pac area given the great uncertainty of a potential blockbuster, but nothing is scheduled.
