  2. Those icicles are frozen SIDEWAYS - that's when you know it's serious cold hope she gets inside
  3. Flurries with a 20 mile wide Great Lakes like heavy snow band parked 10 miles to my south yeah that looks great let's do it.

  5. The uber cold being forecast for next Saturday came out of left field. Weather World didn't have it in the forecast and focused on the return of warmth after next weekend. Then again they slightly missed on their cold January forecast..

  9. In better news NCEP says we have received normal precipitation Dec-Jan. Could have fooled me but the numbers don't lie felt like 15" rain.
  10. Arctic intrusions cancelled and the GFS finds spring out toward 2/10, except for the spring sun that stays obscured in the bottomless Pacific wave train. Euro what say you?

  14. Looks like the most lengthy winter feeling period of the year happens the first ten days to possibly two weeks of February with the first arctic discharges since December and some nickel and dime chances and maybe a significant winter storm. Pooched punt scramble!
  15. 44F super torching with a low forecast of 37F and high tomorrow 42F. Fastest incineration of snow ever it was nice the 6 hours it lasted.
