  1. Low of 72 and .04” of overnight rainfall. Looks like a solid shot at cashing in later today for some of us.
  2. Yes! At two different locations. Sad, I know haha. As you can imagine, the prices are fair
  3. I have the boy at Dutch Wonderland today with another buddy and his kid. Glorious day. We are currently drinking Dogfish 60 Minute at Dukes Lagoon water park. Whoopsy.
  4. Low of 68 and storm total rainfall of .26”. Was I the big loser in here yesterday?
  5. Agreed. No winning over here though. Things split around me yet again in an almost unimaginable way. A couple miles over the hill everything was soaked when I picked my son up from summer school. Over here, another rounded-up .01” ha.
  6. Low of 72 here with .01” of rain from that anomaly last night. Currently 78/71 and praying to the rain gods for this week to come through.
  7. It really was similar to that. Just completely out of the blue. Nothing in the forecast and nothing to really trigger the event. Just pure localized randomness. Weather, man.
  8. It’s been fascinating to behold. Not sure I’ve ever seen anything quite like it. I’m right in the middle of those two cells and while nearly stationary, each has been moving ever so slightly exactly opposite from one another. The western one moving SW and the eastern one moving NE. It was stunning to watch the radar loop as I got shafted to the tune of .01”.
  9. I’m working on it as we speak haha. Just need to find ways to wear them out. Have some things lined up.
  10. I actually mowed yesterday for the first time in ages. Damn nut grass gets like a foot high. I did probably 75% of the yard and of that only a fraction actually needed it, just easier to go over it all and get the random summer weeds too. Things are dire ha.
  11. Low of 67. Currently 71/66 under cloudy skies. I’m alone with the toddlers for the next five days. For the second time this week, I ask that you pray for me ha.
  12. My wife is flying out tomorrow morning, leaving me alone with the kids for five days. Maybe this is the universe throwing me a bone ha.
  13. Low of 59, wasn’t quite expecting that. Currently 61/57 and gorgeous out. All types of stuff seems to be down due to this global Microsoft issue. Hopefully resolved soon. Happy Friday, all.
  14. The WU station at the airport near year recorded .5" in 10 minutes ~5:30 and then measured another .5" in only 5 minutes ~6:20. Insane rates, about as heavy as it gets around here. Congrats!
  15. Wow! I had no idea you got in on the action to that extent. Amazing. I was in the black hole of Lancaster County yesterday.....
  16. Wow, good for you! I have to go back more than a month to exceed that amount ha.
  17. Low of 69 with .11" of total rainfall and a body that can barely move. .69" MTD and 25.23" YTD. MDT now running as warmest July of all-time with a mean temp of 81.8. National high of 121 at Death Valley and low of 33 near Mackay, ID. My forecast seems to have come down a bit for the next week so I guess that's good. Onward.
  18. Just got home from the Harrisburg Mile and very disappointed to see only ~.1” in the gauge. On the other hand, very not disappointed in running a 7:06 in what was the first race I have ever run in my adult life. We got dumped on right as our age group heat started too. All in all, it was a cool experience. I’m sore as a whore but very proud of myself.
  19. Beautiful storm here rolling through as i wait along the river for the race to start.
  20. Thanks. My age group doesn't go off until 7:20. I think it will be significantly better by then. I hope.
  21. No drinking before the Harrisburg Mile, I'm gonna have a hard enough time ha. Where do you 'tend again? Cork & Fork?
