    At least in lower Manhattan there is very little accumulations. However slush is starting to appear on the roads and smaller streets and sidewalks have a dusting in some places.

    20" is definitely not out of the question for Central Park, there's another fairly heavy band heading straight at it

    Per local news the Central Park report at 1PM by the NWS was 15.3" not 13.3"

    Looks like the radar is filling in, there is some heavier bands in the Atlantic coming ashore.
