Saw that...we had a brief downpour here, but only 0.22" in the gauge this morning...air is sort of crisp, nice to get rid of the humidity for a bit. Smoke looks like it will be rolling in here though, rather have the humidity
0.88" here since May 22nd, definitely could use some heavy rain...We can jack in this area during the winter when it is above 32°, but not when it counts for the garden....
Actually feels like summer for the past 24 hrs....the low temps this month have been unreal from a gardening perspective. Low growth rates from large diurnal swings...
This pattern of rain for 1-2 days, no rain for 2 weeks is impressive. Another low of 40 degrees here. Warm weather plants are having a tough time with these daily swings. Need some consistent warm overnight lows.
34.5⁰ here, covered the strawberries just in case...hope that was the last time, planning on getting the rest of the plants in the ground this weekend.
razor's edge out here....if this were a winter storm, I would be expecting the rug to be pulled out at this point. We do need the rain, so hoping for a bump west for our well and garden standpoint
Well either the Euro is onto something or on something. I hope it's wrong, we need the rain here. No rain here for almost 2 weeks, it was like mowing the Sahara this week....
