    The big problem for the coast, appears to be that this will be a quick hitter, leaving little time to change over before the precip starts to shut off.

    History is about to repeat itself. Of course I’ll be staring at the rain, trying to convince myself that I see some flakes mixing in.

    Brings back memories of yore. Rain for most of LI, and snow for inland areas. Disappointing, but not surprising. One huge difference for the areas that do snow, is that the snowpack will be around for a while given the arctic blast on the heels of the snow.

    Crazy lightning, and the loudest thunder I can recall in Brightwaters. Whole house shook.

    Nothing screams winter like a good thunderstorm! Only thing we have to enjoy, considering the “suppression/depression” that is about to take hold.
