We were up there for Christmas so unfortunately I won't be there this week. I'll be up there in a couple weeks to do a construction inspection so hopefully they'll still have some snow to snowshoe around the property.
It was 29 degrees when it started snowing at my house in Calvert for the December storm - I remember because we also got 29" of snow. Was all snow the whole time. .
Should tilt the boundary layer up-axis of the main vort swinging down, I see it as a good thing. At the very least it'll increase denridation at the lower levels so at least we have that going for us.
