    In Astoria, around 2pm,both westbound lanes were blocked and yellow-taped off because of large branch that fell just before GCP entrance on Ditmars Boulevard. This was "forcing" traffic to drive westbound in eastbound lanes. A bit scary. KLGA gust to 42 kts- 48 mph.
