    Must be. It is raining at my house, which is a little further west.

    5 minute obs have AGC temp at 57 for 1:00pm. That’s seems really low. I was just out near the airport and while cool, it didn’t feel that cool. Interesting.

    Looked clearer towards the end of the week and highs still only upper 60s and low 70s, wouldn’t be too hard. We’ll see though. I was noticing the amount of trees starting to change colors already. Not a lot, but definitely noticeable. No doubt the dry weather and cool days and warm nights lately have helped.

    Next week looks fairly cool. Wouldn’t the surprised to see some 40s as the week progresses.

    PIT at 50 and AGC at 48 this morning...hmmm. Is there anywhere to get AGC historic data like we can for PIT? I don't know where to look.

    Today is the first measurable rain since August 25th.

    What's up with the sensor's at the airports? KPIT seems to be running 2-4 degrees warmer than Allegheny County for weeks now?

    I have to assume this hasn't been upgraded to hurricane yet simply because of how far out in the ocean it is? It's one of the most put together good looking tropical storms I've seen.

    Only heat wave of the summer completed today.

    Yeah, that's what I mean. If it stalls out in the ocean, we can only hope it pulls up cooler water.

    Wouldn't that cause more upwelling, and bringing that cooler water up to the surface?

    I’m in Austin this weekend, it’s been 102 each day. Pretty brutal when you’re at a Longhorn’s game.

    Since it's September, even though it'll be feeling like July for a few days, I'll open this thread.

    Pretty classic that potentially our only heat wave of the year will be after summer.

    Definitely, not out of the question, but we've seen forecasts for 90s a few times this summer that failed.

    Yeah, if that’s low for Tampa Bay, it won’t be good for them at all.

    I think they were comparing tracks and saying this could be worse than forecasted.

    I didn’t even know it stormed last night. Either it wasn’t bad where I was or I slept pretty well.

    Really underperforming today. Forecast was 86-87, bet we get to at most 80-82. And dew points were supposed to be in mid 70s this afternoon, per Ron Smiley, looks like mid 60s right now.
