  1. afterwards, on-and-off precip should persist overnight.
  2. radar looks spotty, don't like it one bit. should be done by ~11PM here. in western jersey. greatest threat is ice.
  3. heavy sleet continues. sharp cut off in NJ will be correct.
  4. SNY should jackpot. Radar looks spotty south of there. Expect a few lulls tonight.
  5. Heavier rates are sleet just N of Trenton. Sneaky warm layer somewhere for sure, it's SN+ in LI. RM.
  6. Big sleet storm incoming. Road is caving in.
  7. Sleeting near Trenton. 27F. Definitely a lot of dry air in the area. Radar shows precipitation falling in NNJ, but nothing reaching the ground while I was there.
  8. heaviest snow will be where the pivot occurs. if it moves past the city by the time it decides to pivot N & W will JP, ala 2017/2020 style. hard to determine where the pivot will settle
  9. if u look at the radar u can see the nice bands coming in. we just need patience
  10. it was the philly area back in '15. I remember that one well back in my days in philly so can't be too certain that it is only DC. these things always trend NE last minute, hopefully this one is different for the philly metro this time.
  11. is that incoming precip for indy a mix or snow??
  12. 3k NAM looks closest to verifying, and also the GFS-Parallel run from a few days ago
  13. it sleeted for a few hours just west of the city. there was not a mention of sleet in the forecast, definitely hindered the snow results
