    I actually have a much better diet than most guys I know just over 50! I've always watched out for that and just can't believe some of the crap I see some regularly stuffing their faces with! Fast/processed food is such poison. BTW Thai food FTW

    MANopause... AND the god damned foam mattress. I can't express my dislike of them enough after living with one recently

    Night sweats are the worst. Freaking memory foam mattress... Yeah the unit in the bedroom stays in longer than the first floor!

    I do! Actually today may be the last day of running it for temp maintenance for our chinchillas. We haven't run it in a while but it got pretty warm on the first floor yesterday. Most likely uninstall happens Friday.

    Heavy, Heavy allergies the last couple days. Messing with my enjoyment of these awesome crisp mornings. And who says old VWs don't have good heat? I was melting my socks off this A.M.
