    I got a nice surprise this morning headed over to the beach to check out the waves. There were a few small, wet snowflakes mixed in with the drizzle. Waves are huge, easily 5-7' with the occasional 8' set crashing on the sand. It's only 36 as of now. An hour ago, it was 40, so there's got to be some diabatic cooling going on under the rain bands.

    Pretty Windy. I had a peak gust of 31. And that's surrounded by trees. The ocean looks pissed. A couple roads already flooding on the barrier island, too. It's 41 here. Humidity is 43%.

    Gorgeous out here today. It's 50 here and I'm in shorts and a t-shirt.

    Down to 17 overnight. Warmed up quickly since the sun came up. 37 now.

    28°/11° here. Wind chill has been as cold as 17° at times. Wouldn't be surprised if the air temp is below 20 tomorrow and Thursday morning. Also, ground temperature is 37°

    I wasn't sure how deep to go, but I believe its about 6" down. That is reading at 50, but it might be off by a bit since it was a cheap thermometer

    Down to 46 here. South Jersey might get a piece of that slug of moisture moving up from MD and VA before all is done

    57 here. For sh**s and giggles, bought a cheap-o weather station for $25. It came with an indoor and outdoor thermometer that's waterproof. I put the outdoor thermometer in a shallow hole I dug in the yard and covered it with dirt. Curious to see how cold the ground gets relative to the air.

    If only they used something less corrosive to melt the snow. That stuff's terrible for car frames. And its a total pain to rinse that stuff off when washing your car

    Not going to take any chances tomorrow. Expecting a cold rain here, but I'd like to see a few flakes. I heard rumors that the roads may be salted/sprayed. Ill take the Subaru. The Corvette stays home under a cover.

    Looks like you guys are doing great up there. I got screwed with 1.06" of rain here when 3-6 was forecast. Enjoy it!
