When pro mets are saying don't discount the NAM's disaster of a run, then that is a red flag to me.

I know how this ends. Just a little later than usual. It's not a complete disaster, the least snowy model is still a few inches at least. It is the long range NAM after all. If the euro and the GFS model trend the same way the NAM does, which I know is bound to happen because it never snows more than a few inches anymore until it snows more than a few inches.

NAM but that sneaky torch wherever it is has me worried. Precip isn't heavy enough and the 850 is less favorable here. For all I know I could lose this storm all overnight.

Oh no, the 18z EPS shaved about a half inch of snow off the mean here. I think this storm is over and done with. Miller B screwjob!

Let's just make it simple. We're a little more than a stone's throw from getting a foot on the GFS, and that's with bad thermals. We can put that model to rest for now until tomorrow afternoon. Or never.

@frd you should be in a very good spot to see mostly snow, or maybe even all snow from this depending how far north/south the low ends up tucking. DT had you in the 12''+ zone last night. 8'' for me. My backyard is the only important place in the whole mid-atlantic so I am hugging the RGEM and CMC
