    Ok looking at that video, great stuff as always btw, why did the NWS not place northern Erie under a blizzard warning? I feel like they’ve done it for less and it actually checked all 3 boxes...discuss away...

    Lake effect looks to be drying out...good event! On to the next 10 days...multiple chances synoptic and lake effect

    Nearing a foot on the day. Almost 2” hour rates again the last 30 minutes

    Out and about picking up my daughter at gymnastics on Werhle and conditions suck. Under about 1 to at times 2” hour rates under the southern of the 2 bands

    Nice!!! Looking at radar over lower Michigan lake effect is still going! That’s at least 3 to 4 more hours of this! Closing in on 10” for the event!

    You’re under the split of the 2 bands...should still be more to your north.

    Back to heavy snow, not quite as much here yet Luke but I think we’re all getting a good shot...hey I look at it this way, this is the second decent event in the north towns and we might jus be getting started this week!

    I am also right at 8” and 6 for this last 3 hour period...could eke out a foot IF the band shifts a little bit south.

    That last yellow blob is about 1 mile to my north...I’m shocked the band went this far north and it’s still going strong

    Band looks to be strengthening again over the lake and widening. Think this band will be around in some form into the evening

    That’s about 4 miles west of me so indeed the heaviest returns are heading north still. There does seem to be a widening of the band over the eastern end of the lake that may push on shore soon. Just light flurries now.

    It’s about 1-2” hour right now. Still good rate but not what it was. Trying to get a read on the band, seems disorganized over the lake but definitely isn’t moving.

    Good stuff! I’m just west of transit between Sheridan dr and maple. About 2” hour rates now but it’s not moving at all over the lake. We could be in this for several more hours
