  1. Not sure, luckily there are plenty of spots within 90 minutes and a quite a few in the Berks that get a lot of snow given VT's quarantine procedures.
  2. Trying to do reservations is going to be a mess. Lots of skinning for us this winter. Makes it easier with the baby as well.
  3. Yup, definitely got some 30 mph or so. Power flickered while teaching on zoom.
  4. Yea that is very apparent. I thought it was not modeled to really push north for 3-4 more hours though.

  14. Yes, lucky area the past two summers for severe storms and some great snow compared to surrounding areas. Burptown FTW
  15. Feels like a good day for storms with the breeze, temp, and dew. I think southern VT/NH is the sweet spot.

  17. Given the events of a couple weeks ago, a much stronger system and CT will just start its own state-funded electric system afterwards.
  18. Tip had a great post a while back on storms dying east of the river with S winds I believe.
  19. I like that east of 84 into northern RI area. Small sweet spot. I think they fizzle by the time they get around/past PVD.
  20. My initial response was to post about filling up cars and home heating oil tanks given refineries but they actually dropped after Harvey if I remember correctly.

  22. All my teaching of stats and research methods classes tell me this is that it is a sampling issue and one could make an argument for either based on sample location?
  23. Finally wrapping up, just some distant thunder. A tad under 2.5", a couple miles east in town looks to have gotten 4+.
