    96 today. Got home from PA and it’s a steam bath here. Was hot there, but the humidity on the island is much worse.

    Where will there be severe flooding? From the rain? Long has Sandy soils which drains well. There are also few rivers and creeks which flood. Most of the island can handle 5” of rain without a problem…10” and you will see issues

    Those rain showers pack a punch! Just had to clear my gutters. In minutes the street is flooded

    Isaias was a high end tropical storm here and it wreaked havoc last summer. High end tropical storms can do a ton of damage.
