  1. should get above freezing tomorrow pre FROPA
  2. 36/19 can't say I hate the HRRR trending a bit cooler in the 495 belt tonight .. pretty aggressive with the squalls tomorrow too
  3. congrats on the local jackpot along with Ineedsnow
  4. looks like R/S line sets up close to 190 / 395 corridor for much of the night .. thinking 1"-2" here
  5. looks a little precarious for metro west though .. would feel a lot better being on the other side of 290/190 I guess my concern is that if we don't end up with decent rates with torched low lvls, ends up being 33-34 with a slushy inch or something - the classic case where I end up with 1.2" and Winter Hill is a winter wonderland pulling 5"
  6. 925 looks a bit warmer on the EURO than GFS
  7. best GFS run yet .. looks like solid advisory amounts NW of 84/495
  8. I like the look of the clipper at H5 on the EURO, so close to something bigger and looks like it could be quite dynamic
  9. I hate to say this but if we are already at a Discord level of reactions, might as well have a stein option
  10. Interesting, seems like the cold was centered more towards NNE .. ORH put up departures of -3.8 / -9.5 / -3.2 for that stretch
  11. cold run of the GFS past D10 to start December .. would be quite a change from recent years
  12. people have been saying it is personally didn’t feel fake on my run
  13. Don't worry, I'll make sure to lock in the hurricane at the end of the run Actually quite close to the elusive and coveted snow hurricane
  14. would be cool to have one last big ice storm before the Hadley cell swallows us alive
  15. looks like another 2011-2012 disaster incoming .. the good thing is in a pattern like that you know there isn't a chance anyway
  16. 42 off a low of 33, yet ORH is about 20 degrees warmer on top of the hill right now With little to no wind + Oct 19 sun angle, taking awhile to mix out the low level cold imby
