  1. As much as I want to believe the GFS is too amped, it would really fit the tenor of the past 3 years
  2. based on 500 mb I would have thought it would be a bigger hit tbh can't complain though that was a near ideal run for SNE and plenty of opportunities after this one
  3. looked like a good run to me .. I'd take advisory amounts and some sleet to lock in the pack
  4. cold airmass to the north at least gives us a shot .. not a bad look but prob would be better the more latitude you got
  5. its only October and we are already extrapolating the 384 hr GFS
  6. kinda closer on the EURO but will need near perfect timing
  7. 12z Euro not joining the NE camp .. really taking off to the SSW of Jamaica through 108
  8. Thats incredible .. most of my plants got nuked when it hit 29 on the 10th. Still got some beefsteak and roma tomatoes going strong that were planted in the ground though! 2 years ago had peppers, tomatoes, eggplants, etc go strong til 11/1!
  9. imagine if that run went out another 24 hours
  10. Really is unprecedented and incredible stuff
  11. good call! I was expecting better rates out that way last night that didn't really materialize.
  12. perhaps in NNE but I think even W MA cleans up, especially east slope with orographic assist .. if anything in these areas could be underdone IMO
  13. for sure most models did not show this but 12z HREF yesterday went wild and did
  14. iirc it was on a sunday during the patriots game?
  15. by far the best wind I’ve ever seen just as it started
  16. ob time probably perfectly matched with a brief cloud overhead lol
  17. while not the greatest match I can see elements of this in the setup today
  18. just one time could we get this to happen with an unseasonably cold airmass to the north
  19. details TBD but looks like a prolonged above average dewy stretch summer as it should be
