My snow was nuked to patches by Monday AM along the lake. Inland you can find mostly trashy snow cover, especially area's that had some protection from wind. This snow pack had zero staying power along with the drifting causing uneven depths. Woods and homes across from me have full snow cover yet. I'm at patches and pretty good snow banks yet. Ditches along my road are deep AF yet.

50's even for a few hrs sounds delicious when there is no snow pack to preserve. That was nice of mother nature to throw you a bone. Wind is pretty legit tonight. Dam this last gust had to be pushing 45+

Sun poked out here a bit ago. Nice white caps on the puddles. Was in the perfect location to miss all that crap to the west.

Hey at least the tree rats are back out this week along with the chirping birds. Heard a few Geese fly over even. Back yard looks like a mud bogging track Socked in with clouds, fog and rain for a handful straight of days like its April and May. Bad Climo is Bad Climo.

No suppression for depression this winter as I'm sure some of us feared. Have to love all the wieners that come poking out like clock work once Feb rolls around to spew around their Feb spring fling fantasies.

Now that I got to release my shallow side vent out. These last two weeks of wx will go down as some of the best two weeks of winter I've experienced. Today was a great day to be alive. Now we shut the shades.

4 to 6" here. Some OK drifts and a glaze of ice to top it off. Seeing some winners nearing double digits and losers like the rest of us. Pretty decent freezing rain which is nice to keep the deep base in place.

I was bored so I figured i'd see what meso models were doing with tonights snow up here and such.. rgem caught my eye and it seemed to handle tonight's well up here and its sure been sexy for this storm for about 3 runs now. NAM sure went more the way of rgem I was salivating at.

Ground was bare before it snowed Friday night. Before this weeks snow I think we were running at 1.5" of snow since December 1st. Most areas have picked up between 12-16"+ since this past Fri. Yep one will be able to ride to Great Lakes DragAway for Winterfest. I think this will be the first time in at least the last 4 seasons that this corner of the state will have all of their trail systems open. Exciting. Last winter we were only up to 15.5" at this time. Rough couple starts but we made a respectable winter out of last yrs not so great start and this yrs looks to be going that way to.
