    Yeah last year and this year shows that cold air alone does not help. 1980s pattern.

    CPK already has a half inch today. Add that forecasted 2 inches and 2.5 would have fallen. CpK had 1 from yesterday

    That forecast from NWS was additional to what has already fallen.

    With the half inch CPK already received that's 2.5 and well within their 2 to 4 inch forecast

    CPK was 32 during this morning's snow so unless they fail to measure correctly will have 0.5 to 1 inch already and only need another 1.0 to 1.5 to reach the 2 to 4 forecasted.

    Gotcha yeah I thought he meant busted low snowfall, but if its a positive bust at 2.0 (i.e. thought would be less) makes sense.

    I measured 2.1 yesterday and 2.0 so far today.

    I am about 1 mile north of the Merrit. About half mile west of Trumbull.

    They likely got 0.5 to 1 inch but don't think they measured so it would have melted by the time they do. So in reality 0.5 to 1 inch but they will not count it.
