    Ideal steady rain. Bonus that on a weekend many can be at home with windows open and enjoy.

    Bonus rain the last 20 minutes or so up this way. Grass and flowers and what not all seem pretty happy.

    Went for a run at lunch downtown - was pretty humid - caught me off-guard - I guess I was thinking cooler a bit behind the rain. Was not.

    getting it the last four miles is the hardest part for wesley chapel rd. been thundering for 30 minutes now. Still waiting to see if it gets here.

    I had to be at Harford Circuit Court at 9 for a motions hearing and drive over backroads from Monkton was perilous -especially Hess Road which was a running creek for long portions of it. I think some of that rain backbuilt to catch enough of my yard that I won't need to water for a few days but it wasn't nearly the deluge it was starting about 4 miles to my east. Legit crazy rain rates in southwest of Fallston over to Bel Air from 7:30 am to 8:45 am or so.

    I did the only thing I could think of to try and summon rain up here to the desert - just ran the sprinkler for a bit.

    So...early start in august doesn't mean early out in may. Not even close.
