    While we wait for the Euro....The 0z GEFS & Canadian ensembles continued to look good.

    I just managed to get in a few hours of sleep! I am ready for the Euro! The 0z GFS & Canadian look great, hopefully the Euro continues the party!

    The 18z EPS was even further north with with the Monday event. It gets most of CTP with a 2 to 4 inch snow.

    Here is 0z NAM for the Monday event. The NAM is trying to turn this into more of a light dinner than an appetizer for the LSV.

    I almost passed out today when I saw the Euro run for this storm! If this somehow verified, Harrisburg would only need 6 more inches of snow to reach climo average by the end of this season!

    CTP is starting to ramp up their thoughts on the potential snowstorm next week in their discussion this afternoon. “In all, things continue pointing towards a potentially significant snowfall for at least portions of central PA for the middle of next week.”

    Great post @MAG5035 I also want no part of Monday if it takes anything away from the great potential of the Wednesday storm! However, could we in the southeast part of CTP get away with just 1 or 2 measly inches of snow on Monday, and still get blasted with heavy snow on Wednesday...asking for a friend!

    We can’t totally write off the chance for an appetizer event on Monday. There is still a chance that we should keep our eyes on.

    Wow! What a great run! Too bad there are 5 days to go...most of us would be happy with less than half of this run!

    The 0z Euro delivered a classic east coast snowstorm for the middle of next week. Great track and low position off of the DelMarVa and beautiful High over Quebec. This should be a fun week of tracking, buckle up everyone!

    Yes, with the -NAO & -AO, there should be chances for snow next week and beyond. The ensembles are responding to the developing pattern. The EPS & CMC ensembles are really starting to respond. These snow maps are just indicators that we are heading in the right direction and there should be chances this month.

    The CTP radar looks to be showing some snow showers developing. Hopefully some of us see a little light snow today.

    The 0z Euro has a winter storm chance for us Monday night into Tuesday. If that low track and position were to occur, I think more of CTP would be involved. This time period is certainly something to watch over the next few days.

    I the short term, the 18z Euro & GFS both still like the chance of some light snow tomorrow over most of CTP.
