The 2 NAMs bring decent snow to different parts of the LSV. @CarlislePaWx & @sauss06 and I are rooting for the 12k !

12z HRRR snow at 10-1 ratio…I don’t have Kuchera for it.

Yes, the 12z extended HRRR looks good for the LSV.

Here are the last 40 or so snow seasons since 1980 at Harrisburg. We have a couple of years beat already, and are a few inches of snow from taking down a few more seasons. Lots of time to still get into the 20 inch range to get closer to the median snow.

Here is the most recent Euro Weeklies run from this week through March 28th. I would sign up now for 9 more inches of snow at Harrisburg by late March if this run verified. This would bring MDT to near 20 inches for the season. We would still be about 10 inches below normal snow for the season, but it would make it a little more respectable snow year.

I looked at the old Euro Weeklies run from from December 30th for the period ending February 14th. The snow forecast was very accurate on this run for the LSV. Harrisburg is currently sitting at 10 inches of snow through today. There is a decent chance of 1 inch of snow tomorrow, so the 11 inches at Harrisburg by 2/14 might be right on point.

3k NAM 6z run also bumped north a bit.

A few people on here are acting like it’s March 12th instead of February 12th… It’s almost like this is their first Winter in Central PA…. Every year these same people need reminded that we can get great snow chances here until late March.

6z runs most models improved snow amounts over their previous runs for Sunday for the LSV.

@canderson moved back to Texas, but he didn’t tell us, so I think he is forecasting for down there. He needs to find out which southern thread that he should post in on this website.

All of the 6z models heavily disagree with your No snow Sunday statement.

0z NAM 12k has a Harrisburg snow jackpot. Hopefully the garden of @canderson won’t be ruined already!

Hopefully the cold push tomorrow pm meets firm resistance on its push south & east. This could allow the LSV to get a bit more snow if the boundary gets held up just to our south & east.

The 18z RGEM & HRDPS both bring 1 to 3 inches of snow to the LSV on Sunday.

The long range NAM is a good model, right? The RGEM is a good short range model and has had 2 runs in a row with this solution. Also, @losetoa6 posted the long range HRRR in the Mid Atlantic thread and it looked good for us. Let’s see what 12z brings!

The 6z NAM & 6z RGEM Both have the LSV in the Super Bowl Sunday snow chance.

0z Canadian has Advisory level snow for the LSV and up I-81 to Tamaqua.

It actually looks like almost a Tamaqua bullseye for @Voyager

The 0z RGEM said the Sunday snow chance is not over yet for the LSV.

How are things going down in Texas? Front St. will miss you.

It’s all about then next 2 or 3 years while Embiid is still in his prime. They just need Harden to give them a good couple of years playing at a high level. I think they will be aggressive this offseason as well to keep surrounding them with talent.
