    The end of the 10 day 0z Euro run that I just posted looks like a sustained colder pattern setting in. We should have some chances between the 10th & 20th.

    You beat me by 5 minutes. I have several maps to post from the 18z GFS! Lol…This map would be funny if it verified because the Met at MU could claim a snowless victory while the rest of us are shoveling snow!

    The 3 major global ensembles each have a good pattern look as we approach mid Month. We should have another chance for winter weather.

    Winter is over? Not according to the 12z Euro Control. Hey @losetoa6 the 12z Control had the same look as the 18z GFS for around the 10th

    Winter is over? Not according to the Teleconnections on the EPS today. -EPO and -WPO will provide the cold that can push to the east. A0 & NAO hovering near neutral with some dips into slightly negative territory.

    Winter is over? Not according to the 18z GFS. It has this storm on the 9th/10th.

    We still have 5 realistic weeks to score measurable snow…. Plenty of time for more. If we get a Major storm, we could still reach median or average snow for the season.

    The 6z GFS & 0z Euro both have the Friday am Clipper snow chance showing up just to our south. We just need a slight north trend to score an Advisory event opportunity.

    The 12z Euro has a southern PA special with the Thursday night into early Friday am Clipper. This would be a very solid Clipper. We are overdue for a bullseye.

    Back in 2018 we had late February temps in the 70’s but then 2 to 3 weeks later we had 2 snow events, the second of which delivered a foot of snow to many of us. My point is don’t give up!

    We should have our chances for March snow this year. I don’t think we get shut out of March snow like the last 2 years. MDT averages 6 inches of snow in March for a reason…. We are not done yet!

    Last night’s 0z GFS had the storm chance in the 9th staying under under and had the jackpot yo our south.
